A handful of burglars were active in Luxembourg on Thursday, getting away with jewelry, a laptop and equipment from a stable.

In Bergem, a burglar entered a stable and snatched several items.

Another forced entry in Bergem occurred on the Grand-Rue, where the culprit entered an apartment in the afternoon. The door was unlocked, and the perpetrator escaped with jewelry.

Two apartments in the Cité Albert Raths in Bissen were broken into late on Thursday afternoon. The burglar broke open a patio door and entered the apartments.

In Mersch, a window was smashed by a burglar. A laptop was stolen, among other things.

There was another break-in on Thursday evening in the basement of an apartment building in Gasperich on Route d’Esch.

In all cases, the police launched investigations, but no one has been caught yet.
