Most of the perpetrators were private citizens, but some complaints also related to bars and people causing a ruckus out in the street. The respective police reports reveal that the majority of perpetrators were reasonable and calmed down after a warning.
In Clausen, however, a police patrol spotted a drunken and less reasonable aggressor around 4.30am on Sunday. After confronting the individual for harassing passers-by, officers were forced to detain two intoxicated individuals that remained unwilling to calm down. Both spent the night in an arrest cell to sober up.
In Rollingergrund, a larger group of drunkards were also busy rioting in the street. Police detained one individual for representing a danger to themselves as well as to others.
