
Shortly before 7 pm, one driver in Bigonville stood out to officers due to their erratic driving style. The driver was pulled over and had to hand over their licence when the alcohol test came back positive.
A similar situation occurred on the N5 towards Steinfort shortly after 11 pm, with another driver standing out to police because of their erratic driving style. The breathalyser test came back positive, and the driving licence was confiscated.
Police also pulled over a driver in Esch-sur-Alzette at around 1 am. As the per mille level was under 1.2 in this case, the driver got away with a fine and was not issued a driving ban. However, both the driver and the passenger were fined for violating the curfew.
