On early Tuesday morning, police received reports of an individual attempting to break into cars on Rue Notre-Dame in Luxembourg City.
Shortly after the reports, officers identified a suspect. Upon investigation, they discovered that the individual had stolen a laptop, a wallet, and a bottle of perfume from a hotel. Additionally, the suspect had left without settling bills at both a hotel and a restaurant.
Following the investigation, the presumed culprit was arrested at the request of the public prosecutor’s office and was presented to an examining magistrate on Tuesday afternoon.
