A police patrol found the man in question in the vicinity of the woman’s home, with three knives hidden about his person.
Officers confiscated the weapons and took the man into custody upon order of the public prosecutor’s office.
The suspect was later brought before magistrates, who confirmed his arrest. He has since been placed in Schrassig prison.
