Over the span of Thursday and Friday, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported five people injured in a series of accidents.

At around 6pm, emergency personnel from the Rambrouch rescue services and the Ale Bësch fire brigade were dispatched to Eschdorf in response to an incident where a motorcyclist had fallen, sustaining injuries.

In Erpeldange-sur-Sûre, a collision between two cars occurred shortly before 8.30pm, resulting in injuries to two individuals. The rescue teams from Erpeldange and Nordstad were at the scene to provide assistance.

Approximately an hour later, the rescue forces from Luxembourg City were called to an incident in Hollerich. A pedestrian had been struck by a bus, sustaining injuries that required medical attention.

A separate incident took place in Pétange just after 11pm, involving a collision between two cars. No injuries were reported in this particular case. The rescue services of Sanem-Differdange, along with the Pétange fire brigade, were at the scene.

In another operation around 12.50am, the rescue team from Sanem-Differdange was called to an accident site in Soleuvre, where a driver was injured after crashing their car.
