At around 7pm on Wednesday, a pedestrian was hit by a car near Foetz and was injured as a result. The Esch-sur-Alzette ambulance was called to the scene to provide assistance.
Emergency services were once again called to Foetz at around 1am on Thursday after a major fire broke out in a warehouse in the local industrial zone. The fire brigades of Esch, Mondercange, Dudelange, Schifflange, Bettembourg, and Luxembourg City were mobilised. Details are still missing, but so far no injuries have been reported.
