Several cars were involved in the collision on the A1 towards Luxembourg, leaving one person injured.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps also had to deal with two incidents of fire overnight. At around 10.30pm, fire fighters were called to the Route d’Arlon in Mamer after a power box began emitting smoke, while a bin caught fire on Boulevard Konrad Adenauer in Kirchberg in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
