On Saturday night, a motorist lost control over their car and ploughed into vehicles stationed alongside the Route de la Libération in Dudelange. Emergency services intervened and treated one injured person.
Fire brigades were also alerted on two occasions, the first time at around 8.30pm in Ersange, between Moutfort and Bous, following a car fire. A second incident occurred in Lorentzweiler shortly after midnight when a barn was on fire.
Both incidents only led to material damage.
