This decision was confirmed in a meeting between Prime Minister Luc Frieden, Minister for the Civil Service Serge Wilmes, and representatives of the General Confederation of the Civil Service (CGFP).

However, the existing objectives as outlined in the salary agreement, which are to be defined in individual meetings, will remain in effect.

This commitment does not extend to the military, where discussions about a potential evaluation system are still ongoing. The CGFP has indicated that alternatives to the proposed system have been suggested to the responsible minister.
