Also affects LuxembourgNo flights from Hamburg and Berlin airports on Monday

RTL Today
A warning strike by security staff at Berlin Brandenburg Airport and Hamburg Airport on Monday has led to the cancellation of all departing flights.

While this also affects flights between the two cities and Luxembourg, outbound flights by Luxair went ahead as scheduled. However, the planes will most likely return empty.

German union Ver.di had called on security staff to strike on Thursday and Friday, calling for better agreements for work on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as evening and night shifts.

Passengers affected by the cancellations should contact the airline for information on rebooking.
