
The first incident occurred at 6.30am on the A3, heading towards Luxembourg City, just before Croix de Bettembourg. Three cars collided, necessitating the immediate response of two ambulances from Dudelange and the fire departments of Dudelange and Bettembourg, who provided care to two injured individuals.
Shortly thereafter, at 7am, another accident unfolded in Senningerberg along Route de Trèves. Two cars collided, leaving one person injured. An ambulance from Luxembourg City and the firefighters from Niederanven swiftly arrived at the scene to offer assistance.
At the same time, other firefighters were sent to Echternach, where a machine caught fire in an industrial area, leaving one person with more severe injuries. The situation prompted the despatch of two ambulances from Echternach, a SAMU medical team from Luxembourg City, and the fire brigades from Echternach and Konsdorf.
Approximately an hour later, a collision between two cars on Rue de Mersch in Kopstal resulted in another person being injured. Responding to the incident were an ambulance from Mamer and the Kopstal fire brigade.
Next, on Rue de Perlé in Flatzbour, two people were injured after a car overturned. Ambulances from Redange and Wiltz, along with the Rambrouch fire brigade, were sent to the scene.
Two more people suffered injuries following a collision between two cars on Arelerstrooss in Noerdange, shortly after 4pm on Wednesday afternoon. The Rambrouch ambulance assisted at the scene, along with fire fighters from Beckerich.
