The administrative council decided that Michel Reckinger, president of the artisanal federation, would be the appropriate replacement for Nicolas Buck. Following the unanimous vote, Reckinger will take over the lead at UEL starting 1 January 2021.
Reckinger is the owner of a family business and employs around 250 workers. He has been chosen for his expertise and experience in the Luxembourgish sector, making him the perfect candidate to link employers and government, UEL further states.
