The OGBL and LCGB unions have reached an agreement with ArcelorMittal’s management. The new agreement will guarantee workers more purchasing power, although details of salary increases are not yet public.
The agreement will be applicable until 2025.
Both management and the unions want to rely on decarbonised steel for ArcelorMittal to stay innovative and competitive.
