According to the rescue report, three collisions between two vehicles occurred in Junglinster (4.53pm, one injured), on the RN06 between Capellen and Mamer (5.51pm, two injured), and on the RN31 near Esch-sur-Alzette (6.21pm, two injured).
The emergency services also intervened on the RN14 near Larochette and in Mertzig, both times because a motorcyclist had crashed.
The police advise motorists to be particularly cautious when travelling on Friday: possible weather disturbances are still expected and could make the roads slippery.
