On Tuesday evening, a woman was mugged on Rue Emile Mark in Differdange. According to preliminary reports, the perpetrators used pepper spray and stole the victim’s purse. Although the purse was recovered soon after, no trace of the culprits could be found. A complaint has been filed.
Police are looking for witnesses in relation to an attempted theft of copper cables at a construction site in Wiltz. The incident happened on Avenue Nicolas Kreins at around 1am on Wednesday. A police patrol caught two suspects at the scene, but one of the suspects managed to flee.
