The Grand Ducal police were called out twice overnight from Saturday to Sunday.
In Bonnevoie, a man had his mobile phone ripped from his hand on Rue Marie et Pierre Curie, after two other men approached him and struck up a conversation. The suspects ran away after stealing the phone.
On Sunday morning, a car theft was reported on Rue du Chemin de Fer in Berchem. The suspects had smashed open the window of a parked car annd stolen items such as perfume, sunglasses, and a watch. They also discovered car keys for the vehicle parked in front, so they went on to make their escape by stealing that car. It is thought they drove off towards the station.
