The yellow alert affects the whole country from 5pm until midnight due to a “risk of potentially strong thunderstorms, locally accompanied by heavy rain (up to 25 l/m² in a short period of time), hail (up to 1 cm) and wind gusts up to 70 km/h.”
In short, be careful, especially on the roads, which may be slippery.
After some noticeable temperature drops over the past days, the heat also makes a return in Luxembourg on Friday. Temperatures of up to 27°C are expected.
As for the rest of the week, the weather is expected to remain cloudy and rainy.
