A wife and child had alarmed the police after feeling threatened by the husband, and had already left the building when officers arrived to the scene.
The man remained in his apartment. When police tried to enter the building, he opened the window and threatened the officers with a crossbow. When later another loud bang was heard from the apartment, officers called the special police unit.
The man was easily overpowered in his apartment and arrested.
