The two lanes of traffic heading towards Ettelbruck (northbound) will be completely closed to traffic, as will the Schönfels ramp to the north.
To accommodate traffic flow, diversions will be in effect, with vehicles rerouted to the opposite side of the motorway, operating in a two-way configuration. A reduced speed limit of 50km/h will be enforced throughout the construction area and speed cameras will be in operation.
Those travelling from Schönfels (Kopstal, Keispelt, CR102) seeking access to the motorway towards Ettelbruck will have to navigate through Mersch via the N7 route to rejoin the motorway a little further on at the Mierschbierg interchange.
