The Luxembourg police have deployed several patrols in search of burglars on Friday morning.
According to the police, two individuals are on the run following an attempted burglary in Olingen, located north-east of the capital. In a statement issued shortly after 7.30am, authorities confirmed that “several police units are currently involved in the manhunt.”
Police are urging any witnesses to report suspicious individuals by calling the emergency number 113. Motorists are also advised to avoid picking up hitchhikers.
