The Luxembourg judiciary has recruited 37 new "attachés de justice" – junior legal officers – for the 2026-2027 legal year. Of these, 11 candidates succeeded through an examination, while 26 were selected based on their application dossiers, which included psychological testing and a detailed review of their records.

The new recruits will begin their training in September with a three-week theoretical course at the School for the Judiciary in Bordeaux. After this initial stage, they will continue their training in Luxembourg. Early next year, they are set to start the practical component of their traineeship, working in various courts and with the Public Prosecutor's Office.
