According to information obtained by RTL, the capital's municipal authorities have rejected Provelo's request, arguing that a street market will take place in Luxembourg City next Saturday and many customers are expected to turn up with their cars.
Provelo's committee members will meet on Monday to decide whether or not to defy the municipality's decision.
