Luxembourg's inhabitants were in for a bit of a surprise this weekend with snowfall on Saturday, and again on Sunday morning.

Temperatures are rather low for seasonal standards, especially because we saw springlike weather with temps rising to nearly 20 degrees in March..

It's looking very much like winter is making a comeback. We'll spare you the Game of Thrones allusions this time.

According to Luxembourg's weather agency MeteoLux, roads may be slippery this Sunday morning. More snowfall blended with some rain is likely to happen throughout the afternoon, so take extra care when out and about.

"April weather, rain and sunshine both together" they say. But to SNOW we give a collective NO?
