“And we want concrete action, not just empty words, but concrete action,” Bettel said. Potential projects include improving the Grand Duchy’s connection to the main lines of the Deutsche Bahn, Germany’s national railway company, and better regulations on remote work for German cross-border workers.
There are 260,000 cross-border workers in the Greater Region, almost 210,000 of whom are employed in Luxembourg.
