Although the lorry is not obstructing the carriageway, the CR159 road will be temporarily closed to allow for its recovery.
The recovery team arrived at the scene at 1.23pm, with initial estimates suggesting the process would take about an hour. However, as of shortly before 3pm, police were still issuing roadblock notices.
