The protest was started by Andrew Martin after government measures were relaxed for many sectors, while restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs must remain closed until at least January 31.
Martin called on establishments to turn their outside lights on in order to show they are ready for business, and share photos and videos online to put pressure on the government.
