The building also houses the liaison office between the Parliament and the representation of the European Commission in Luxembourg.
The inauguration was attended by Grand Duke Henri, Prime Minister Xavier Bettel and the president of the EU Parliament Roberta Metsola.
From 3pm to 7pm, the building opened its doors to the public.
