A witness contacted police after the motorist overtook them, pulled over, and urinated against their car.
A police patrol located the driver at 2am. He was sleeping in his car when they found him. A breathalyser test revealed the man's alcohol levels were more than double the legal limit. He was also uncooperative and attempted to provoke the police officers, spitting and swearing at them. These actions quickly led to his arrest.
