According to initial reports, the fire was not serious and was quickly extinguished by the fire brigade.
Traffic was back to normal shortly after 8.30 am.
The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reports that one person was injured in the incident and that the fire had started in the building's basement.
