The government will retain its goal of ensuring women make up 40% of the board of directors for public buildings.

In addition, the Ministry of Equality will continue to raise awareness of stereotypes, in order to promote equality, according to a parliamentary response by ministers Taina Bofferding and Marc Hansen.

In their parliamentary question, Green MPs Stéphanie Empain and Chantal Gary queried the figures offered by the civil service observatory, which stated 75% of management positions in ministries were filled by men by the end of 2021.

In state administrations, men hold almost 73% of management positions and women just over 27%, according to the parliamentary question.
