The Minister for the Environment, Climate and Sustainable Development was happy to report that a great number of people had already benefitted from the government subsidies. A total of 23,000 applications have already been made since the launch of the initiative in 2019.
The current amounts, which were fixed within the context of the “Restart Luxembourg” campaign, came into effect on 11 May 2020 and will continue to be applicable until 31 March 2021. Minister Dieschbourg further conveyed that subsidies beyond that timeline still needed to be discussed.
