The current state prosecutor for the Luxembourg City public prosecutor's office Jean-Paul Frising will be retiring as of 1 April. He will be succeeded by the deputy state prosecutor Georges Oswald.
The Grand Ducal decree will be published in the next few days, the Ministry of Justice confirmed. Jean-Jacques Dolar will take over as new deputy state prosecutor.
