
A police officer should be suspended following an incident on National Eve, the General Police Inspectorate advises.
According to newspaper Wort, the officer now stands accused of having gravely injured a person after a brawl between police and a group of people.
Upon enquiry, Minister Kox confirmed that a procedure against the officer is underway. He further conveyed that he will take a decision on the matter in the coming days.
