As dawn breaks, expect a cool start of around 11 degrees Celsius along with the risk of localised light rain. As the morning progresses, the sun will eventually pop out from behind the clouds and temperatures will rise slowly to a peak of around 16 degrees by lunchtime.
Unfortunately, it’s then back to the all too familiar rain, wind, and possibly thunder as the clouds gather again.
But hang in there because the rain will eventually dissipate in the early evening, leaving a drier - if not particularly warm - introduction to the weekend.
