The National Health Directorate has adapted the form distributed by the contact tracing team to those who have tested positive for Covid-19 and their close contacts.

From now on, the text informing people of their positive test result will also feature a link (covidtracing.public.lu) which can be used to access a website that allows everyone to fill in all relevant data online. The site is available in four languages (Luxembourgish, French, German, and English).

On it, affected individuals can choose between two options, depending on their situation: One for those who have received a positive test result themselves, and one for those who have been in contact with an infected person. Based on the selected option, users are then asked to submit different sorts of information.

Contacts are considered “at risk”, if they interacted with an infected person two days prior to the appearance of the first symptoms, or – in case of an asymptomatic infection – two days prior to the day on which the infected person took their test.

The National Health Directorate also once again reminded people that if their test result comes back positive, they immediately have to self-isolate themselves.
