Buchler BridgeExpress cycle path to Dudelange takes shape
The recent inauguration of an overpass, spanning the railway tracks between Luxembourg City's central railway station and the Bonnevoie district, marks a significant development in the creation of an express cycle path connecting Luxembourg City and Dudelange.
Luxembourg currently has 700 kilometres of cycle paths, with a further 400 planned. In the case of the link between the capital and Dudelange, several new sections are scheduled to see completion in the years 2026 and 2028. Cycling enthusiasts will therefore need to exercise patience before enjoying a seamless journey between the two towns.
Advocates from ProVëlo have expressed their hopes that the new government will intensify efforts and prioritise ongoing projects.
