Eva Ferranti, the owner and creative force behind the well-known Luxembourgish designer store L’atelier d’Eva, has announced the closure of her designer boutique. In a press release, the renowned designer and seamstress shared that she will now collaborate with Maison Degand in Brussels to continue designing her fashion line.
Ferranti launched her career in Italy in 1990 and opened her first Luxembourg boutique, called Adama & Eva, in the Grund district in 2000. Atelier d’Eva, located on Theatre Square, has been serving customers since May 2019. In 2022, her brand Eva Ferranti was named a supplier to the court.
Apart from the store on Theatre Square, the designer also operates a boutique in Geneva and a production workshop in Niederkorn. In 2014, however, Ferranti suffered a life-altering fall in her boutique that profoundly affected her both personally and professionally. She attributes her ability to keep her business running in Luxembourg to the loyalty and support of her clientele.
