During their interaction with the officers, a distinct odour of cannabis caught the latter’s attention. Consequently, the men were escorted to the police station for further processing.
Upon inspection, it was revealed that two of the individuals possessed prescription drugs. On the orders of the public prosecutor’s office, the drugs, along with cash and a mobile phone, were seized, and a fine was imposed.
In a separate incident on Friday night, a visibly intoxicated woman created a disturbance in a bar located on Grand-Rue in Ettelbruck. Given her state, which posed a threat to herself and others, she was placed in custody overnight.
