After pulling the driver over, the officers quickly discovered that he was not only inebriated, but that he had also lost his driving licence a few months ago and is currently subject to a driving ban.
His car also had various technical defects, and he was unable to provide an up-to-date vehicle inspection certificate.
The car was seized on the orders of the public prosecutor’s office, and a complaint was filed against the driver.
