According to the police report, the driver was heading from Ettelbruck towards Ingeldorf. An alcohol test revealed that they were indeed inebriated. The driving licence was confiscated, and the driver fined.
An accident involving two cars occurred on route de Luxembourg in Kopstal at around 10.30 pm. One of the drivers turned out to be intoxicated and their licence was confiscated on the spot. No one was injured in the incident.
