This week has witnessed a yo-yoing effect on diesel prices at the pumps. Within the span of one night, from Tuesday to Wednesday, the cost of a litre of diesel had surged by 3.2 cents and settled at a price of 1.654€.
The good news is that just two days later, a considerable reduction in price will take place. Starting from Thursday night into Friday, precisely at midnight, the price per litre of diesel will decrease by five cents, displaying a new value of 1.604€.
The decline in prices isn’t limited to diesel alone; it extends to heating fuel as well. For fuel of the 10 ppm S quality, there will be a noticeable reduction of 4.8 cents per litre, making it available at 1.048€. Similarly, fuel of the 50 ppm S quality will see a drop of 4.9 cents, bringing the price per litre to 1.042€.
