Delhaize has issued a recall for the Bio Comté AOP cheese sold in its stores between 20 and 26 September, and which expires on 7 October 2024, due to the presence of escherichia coli.
Consumers who purchased cheese from the affected product line are advised not to eat it and return it to a Delhaize store to claim a refund. The remaining products have in the meantime been removed from shelves.
