Emergency services were called to a fire on Rue de Tétange in Kayl at around 5.30pm on Friday, after a blaze broke out in a kitchen. Fire crews from Esch-sur-Alzette, Kayl, and Rumelange attended the scene, supported by two ambulances from Esch. Four people suffered injuries in the incident.
Later that evening, at around 9.40pm, a road accident occurred on the stretch between Buderscheid and Schumannseck, leaving one person injured. Emergency crews from Wiltz and the Upper Sûre lake municipalities responded, along with an ambulance from Wiltz.
Shortly before 11pm, the emergency medical service (SAMU) from Ettelbruck was called to another accident, this time on the CR128, between Beeforterheed and Reisdorf, where a car had overturned. One person was injured in the incident. Firefighters from Reisdorf and an ambulance from Larochette attended the scene.
