Early on Saturday morning, just before 6am, a car caught fire after colliding with a building on Millewee in Moersdorf. Firefighters from Grevenmacher-Mertert and Mompach, as well as an ambulance crew from Mertert, were dispatched to the scene.
Later, at around 10.40am, emergency services were called to a separate incident between Niederfeulen and Welscheid, where a cyclist had fallen. The rescue helicopter was deployed alongside firefighters from Feulen and an ambulance from the Nordstad region.
