Emergency services responded to several incidents across Luxembourg on Monday evening and overnight, including a cyclist struck by a car, a small fire, and a vehicle crashing into a lamppost, which left two people injured.

At around 5pm on Monday, Luxembourg City firefighters and an ambulance were called to an incident in the Belair district. On Avenue du X Septembre, a cyclist had been struck by a car, with one person sustaining injuries as a result.

Shortly before 8pm, firefighters from Niederanven were called to Rue d’Oetrange in Schrassig to extinguish waste that had caught fire.

During the night from Monday to Tuesday, shortly before 2am, a motorist crashed into a lamppost on Rue des Trois Cantons in Windhof. One person was injured. An ambulance and firefighters from Steinfort–Koerich attended the scene.
