
Hansen explained that he was on his way to Sanem Castle for a meeting with CGFP (General Confederation of the Civil Service) General Secretary Steve Heiliger, when he heard Wolff saying that the social dialogue is "seriously lacking" on national radio.
This would raise questions, according to the Minister, who added that additional major negotiations between the State and the CGFP had already been scheduled to take place over the upcoming weeks.
The government is acting in accordance with the salary agreement, Hansen stressed. The CGFP is now demanding raises, despite having accepted to forego them for the time being, the Minister pointed out.
In addition, the agreement provides for exceptions, such as improvements for caregivers, Hansen added.
