
A child was hit by a car in Luxembourg City on Monday. The incident occurred on Avenue Gaston Diederich in the Belair neighbourhood at 4.30pm on Monday. The child was hit by a car and suffered injuries in the process.
A car collided with a motorbike on the Trier motorway, between the Kirchberg interchange and the Cents tunnel, on Monday morning at 11am. One person was injured, attended by paramedics and a Luxembourg City ambulance.
A number of other accidents involving two vehicles occurred throughout the day, with one person injured on Route d'Esch in Hollerich after a crash at 11.30am.
Another person was injured on Rue du Puits Romain in Bertange at 1.30pm following a two-car collision.
In Esch-sur-Alzette, yet another accident occurred on Rue de Luxembourg at 3.20pm, injuring one person.
Finally, an accident involving a motorbike took place on Avenue du X Septembre in Belair. The motorcyclist fell off his bike and suffered injuries, and was later assisted by ambulance and fire crews from the capital.
