Petitions onlineChamber of Deputies publishes list of 13 new petitions

RTL Today
On Friday, the Chamber of Deputies published a new list of petitions that the public is free to sign until the end of August.

Should any of the petitions achieve or surpass the necessary 4,500 signatures, the issue will be debated in a public session. The demands themselves are a bit of a mixed bag.

One appeals for more mobile or fixed radars, or police controls in general, in the north.

Another urges for the VAT tax on veterinary services to be lowered.

One more claims that public transport should be made free for those with reduced mobility from 2020 onwards.

A further petition requests a legal framework that would impose days off when the hot weather reaches a certain temperature.

All petitions can be found here. Another petition advocates offering tap water in restaurants as a norm, rather than forcing customers to purchase bottled water.
