A violent head-on collision between a truck and a car on the CR172 near Pissange left one person injured on Thursday morning at around 7.40am.
According to initial reports, the force of the impact sent the car careering into a neighbouring field. Its driver sustained minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road was fully closed to traffic in the aftermath of the collision to allow emergency services to clear the scene and remove the damaged vehicles.
